Grow Conference May 1County Executive Robert P. Astorino and Westchester Community College's Gateway to Entrepreneurship (G2E) Center announced it will host its annual GROW Conference on Friday, May 1.

The annual GROW Conference is G2E's signature event and is the region's go-to conference for businesses to achieve rapid growth and put dreams into action. This year's keynote speaker is Tom Deierlein, Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of The Year, Bronze Star and Purple Heart recipient and co-founder and CEO of ThunderCat Technology, recently named one of Forbes magazine's most promising companies.

"When our small businesses grow, they create jobs for our residents," said Astorino. "That's why the Grow Conference is so important. It gives aspiring entrepreneurs a great opportunity to gain real-world insight into what it's like to run a business, and it provides existing business owners with practical skills to accelerate their revenue."

The GROW Conference is the region's largest gathering of business owners and professionals for the purpose of workshops and training for small businesses, last year attracting more than 300 participants. Attendees can choose from more than 20 workshops and panels on topics that will help them jumpstart their business, accelerate sales, boost their marketing and fast-track their financing. They will also have the opportunity to network with Westchester's leading business innovators, access advice and resources from industry experts and explore business-to-business partnerships.

G2E is offering special Early Bird tickets through April 15 for $50 per person. After April 15, ticket prices are $75. Tickets at the door cost $100. Tickets include access to the all-day event, lunch, free parking and attendance to the keynote address. Promotional tables are available for $250.
