The Element 46 Tech Accelerator Powered by Quay (formerly Cela Innovation), Westchester County’s full-scale startup accelerator program, recently hosted a Demo Day to celebrate the accomplishments of its spring 2025 cohort. The event was held on June 12 and attended by a carefully curated group of more than 100 investors, experienced entrepreneurs, press, and mentors, including guests from the Business Incubator Association of New York State (BIANYS).

Westchester County Executive Ken Jenkins said: “The pitches showcased during Demo Day were an outstanding representation of the curiosity, drive and innovation that Westchester’s startup community has become known for. It was a pleasure to welcome guests from across New York’s startup and incubator community for this event and to share Westchester’s commitment to nurturing the entrepreneurial ecosystem with our peers.”

Westchester County Director of Economic Development Bridget Gibbons said: “The Element 46 Tech Accelerator has become a launching pad to help enterprising tech startups progress beyond a beta or MVP, scale their userbase, and secure funding. We congratulate these 11 startups on their early successes and look forward to watching them reach new heights as part of Westchester’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.”

Westchester County Director of Entrepreneurship and Innovation Deborah Novick said: “This group of graduating startups was diverse in mission, insightful, analytical, collaborative, and determined to advance their venture during a short time. We are proud to support emerging tech startups through the Element 46 program while further building a strong entrepreneur and tech landscape here in Westchester.”

Co-Founder and Managing Partner at QUAY Acceleration, John Lynn, said: “This Spring 2025 cohort reflects the incredible range of world-class ventures being built right here in Westchester, from AI to sustainability, game development, and beyond. Element 46 has become a space where talented founders can grow with the support of a connected, resourceful community. Each Demo Day reminds us that innovation happens in our communities, and Element 46 is poised to play a growing role in Westchester's startup world.”

The participants in Element 46’s Spring 2025 Demo Day, included:

  • Aqxle AI (White Plains): To enable marketers to make faster, better decisions, Aqxle builds autonomous AI agents that surface insights, recommend actions, and in the future will be able to take actions, using patent-pending algorithms. It’s like ChatGPT for media and marketing datasets, with the ambition to become the decision-engine for modern marketing.
  • ai (Scarsdale): AutoCash is an AI-powered platform that helps finance teams streamline cash flow management, improve liquidity visibility, and access real-time financial insights. Built for CFOs, treasurers, and controllers, AutoCash uses advanced machine learning to automate forecasting and support smarter, faster financial decision-making. The platform helps companies optimize their working capital and strengthen their financial operations with transparency and control.
  • LawPair (White Plains): LawPair is transforming how people find legal help. The process is often confusing, with outdated directories and unreliable reviews that make it hard to know where to start. LawPair makes it easier by offering a faster, more transparent way to connect individuals and businesses with the right attorneys through a seamless experience on both web and mobile.
  • Rafter (Millwood): Rafter is an end-to-end risk prevention platform for the home, combining proprietary technology with expert in-home service to reduce preventable losses. It partners with both homeowners and insurers to proactively identify, mitigate, and manage home-related risks—unlocking significant savings and increasing asset longevity. With AI-driven insights, personalized care plans, and a trusted service network, Rafter is creating a new standard for responsible homeownership and enabling insurers to underwrite smarter, safer homes.
  • Reconcile Me (Rye): Reconcile Me is a spending tracker returning control to parents with transparency of details in digital payments, showing where money is spent, who spent it, and on what. Built to inform decision-making in divorce, Reconcile Me also empowers parents raising children in a digital-payments world, and establishes a first line-of-defense pathway for elder-account oversight to protect against cyber fraud.
  • Renters Financial (New Rochelle): Renters Financial is a savings app designed to help renters take the next step toward homeownership. Through its Downpayment Booster Savings Account, renters can start saving for a downpayment and build a path towards their first mortgage — while still renting. Purchasing a first home is a major milestone in anyone’s financial journey, but for many people, it’s hard to break the rent cycle. That’s why Renters Financial partners with rental property managers, banks, and employee benefits programs to make it easier for renters to start saving and be mortgage-ready when the time is right.
  • RiseKit (White Plains): RiseKit is a workforce technology company that helps overlooked job seekers access meaningful employment by connecting them to jobs, training programs, and wraparound support services through community organizations. Its platform bridges the gap between employers looking to fill frontline roles and the millions of motivated candidates who face systemic barriers such as housing instability, lack of transportation, or limited access to childcare. By working with nonprofits, workforce development agencies, and employers, RiseKit creates a more inclusive and efficient hiring ecosystem.
  • Rosell Studios LLC (Pelham): Rosell Studios is a graphic design and indie game development studio creating The Lost Journal, a wellness-forward adventure game that uses interactive journaling to help players build positive mental health habits. Designed for those seeking a cozy, story-rich experience, the game encourages mindfulness in an accessible and engaging way.
  • Table2Ground (Rye): Table2Ground is committed to reducing food waste and its environmental impact. It provides onsite, in-vessel organic waste solutions that process between 100 and 6,000 pounds of waste per day. In just 24 hours, Table2Ground’s systems reduce waste volume by 80% to 90% and convert it into a nutrient-rich soil amendment, supporting a more sustainable and circular food ecosystem.
  • Terrafolio Analytics (Scarsdale): Terrafolio is building tools that integrate environmental and financial data to support smarter, more sustainable decision-making for investors, analysts, corporates, and public sector stakeholders. Terrafolio helps address key challenges in the space: fragmented data, high costs, and black-box, non-standardized frameworks. By offering a forward-looking and accessible approach, Terrafolio is making it easier to connect environmental performance with financial outcomes.
  • Workforce AI (New Rochelle): Workforce AI is revolutionizing the future of work through human-like agentic digital teammates that join online meetings, speak conversationally, and execute complex tasks across 70+ software platforms. Its breakthrough technology bridges the gap between powerful AI and everyday business needs, allowing non-technical teams to deploy unlimited resources without coding or complex setup. These digital employees listen, comprehend context, and take action. Whether scheduling meetings, analyzing data, drafting documents, or managing communications, they enable companies to dramatically scale operations without expanding headcount. By creating infinitely scalable workers that understand human language and intent, Workforce AI is transforming how businesses operate in the AI era.
