A record 1,611 students graduated from Westchester Community College May 19.
County Executive Robert P. Astorino joined college President Joseph N. Hankin at the ceremony at the Westchester County Center in White Plains.
Astorino’s message to the graduates was: “The amount of effort you put in determines how much you achieve. So dream big, polish those skills, and work hard. I am confident you will all go far.”
The Westchester Community College main campus is located in Valhalla.
