The Board of Acquisition and Contract is a government body established to provide a process for its members to approve and authorize resolutions concerning contracts, agreements, and other contractual services submitted by County departments for the purpose of awarding contracts on behalf of the County, including but not limited to contracts for the construction, repair, alteration or improvements of public facilities.
