Standing on the front steps of the Michaelian Office Building in White Plains, Westchester County Executive George Latimer hosted an Italian Flag-Raising Ceremony. The celebration, which was held in honor of Italian Heritage Month, paid tribute to all Italian Americans who are proud to call Westchester County home. The flag raising ceremony concluded with a spirited rendition of the Italian National Anthem, “Il Canto degli Italiani.”
