The County Of Westchester (“the County”), acting by and through the County Department of Probation (“DOP”), seeks proposals from vendors to provide a domestic violence offender/abusive partner intervention accountability program for individuals with Probation involvement. The term of this RFP proposal will be for a 1-year contract, for the period from January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025, with the County having an option to extend at the County’s sole discretion for up to four additional one-year periods.

The Successful Proposer of this RFP will facilitate and provide physical sites for the Westchester County Supervised Visitation and Safe Exchange Program. The purpose of this proposal is to promote public health, safety and general welfare of children by allowing children to visit with their non-custodial parent in a physically and emotionally safe environment while ensuring the custodial parent is physically and emotionally safe throughout the process. The purpose is to keep children safe from parental abusive behaviors, not allowing them to be used to obtain information and keeping them safe when substance abuse, domestic violence, mental illness, or diminished parental capacity is present. The Supervised Visitation and Safe Exchange Monitored Program allows noncustodial parents to spend quality time with their children with the hope of establishing and or improving their relationship in a supportive environment. The program should consider as its highest priority the safety of the child(ren) and adult victims and should treat both with equal regard. The Successful Proposer shall, at all times, maintain and ensure that staff maintains proper supervision, oversight, and management to assure the safety and well-being of all children, youth, and adults during supervised visitation.

Westchester County Department of Social Services (the “Department” or “WCDSS”) invites qualified individuals and/or organizations to submit a proposal to cater various County events at the request of the Department

The Westchester County (“County”), acting by and through the Office of the District Attorney (the “District Attorney’s Office”) is soliciting proposals for two qualified licensed social workers or psychotherapists for the provision of crisis intervention, trauma therapy, counseling, criminal justice support and related follow up services with crime victims. One of the two (2) positions is to support Spanish-speaking victims and will require Spanish language skills.

The County of Westchester (the “County”), acting by and through its Office of the Westchester County District Attorney (the “District Attorney’s Office” or “DAO”), located in White Plains, New York, is soliciting price quotations for qualified licensed social workers for the provision of counseling and treatment programs for bias and hate crimes. Provider will offer sensitivity training that can help defendants change behaviors to maximize their benefits of treatment in either a group or individual setting.
