“Tonight – near the anniversary of the historic ‘Battle of White Plains’ – the Board of Legislators has approved the needed funding to continue our work restoring the Miller House to its rightful glory. This long languished project will now enter into the next phase of the remediation work, which includes mold removal, restoration and construction of the visitors’ center announced in April. I look forward to the completion of this project so it can once again serve as an educational and historical hub for Westchester residents.”
