This Year’s Theme: Home Starts With Planning
Every year on November 8, which is known as World Town Planning Day, planners from all over the world come together to celebrate how good planning improves the lives of residents, and benefits society at large. The day serves as a platform for planners to unite and share best practices, spark conversations, and bring fresh perspective to creating new places to live, work and play. This year’s theme is “Home Starts With Planning,” and the Westchester County Planning Department shared why successful planning leads to housing for all.
