Westchester County Executive Ken Jenkins Statement on Yom Kippur

“This evening at sundown, Jewish families across Westchester and around the world will begin the observance of Yom Kippur. This is a time of self-reflection and renewal. It may be nice during these stressful and difficult times for all of us to take stock in ourselves and strive to do better to create a more peaceful and kind community. I extend my warmest wishes for a meaningful Yom Kippur and an easy fast. G’mar Chatimah Tovah.”
