The Westchester County Youth Bureau is located at 112 E. Post Road room 110A White Plains, New York 10601.  The office is opened between the hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.,  Monday through Friday. Our main telephone number is (914) 995-2745 that is on continuously. If you have a question or would like to speak with the Youth Bureau during non-office hour time please leave a message, including your contact information.
