The New York State Office of Children and Family Services (NYSOCFS) designates the Westchester County Youth Bureau as its agent for distribution of Special Delinquency Prevention Program (SDPP), Youth Development/Delinquency Prevention Program (YDDP) - Youth Services and Youth Initiatives funding in Westchester County.
