The Westchester/Putnam One Stop Employment System is open to all job seekers eighteen years of age or older.  Preferences may be given to those customers who reside in the county in which the One Stop Office is located.  Customers must be either citizens or have the legal right to work in the United States.  Males born after December 31, 1959, must register for selective service.  Adults seeking training must meet eligibility requirements (400% of poverty level).
