What is All Kids' HealthCare?

All Kids HealthCare is a campaign developed by Westchester County to enroll children in free or low-cost health insurance coverage. 

Who is eligible? 

In New York State, all children under 19 are eligible to receive free or low-cost health insurance under one of two programs: Medicaid or Child Health Plus. You may be eligible regardless or your income or immigration status. Pregnant women are also eligible for healthcare coverage. 

What type of health care is covered?  

Regular medical check-ups, dental visits, eye exams and eyeglasses, mental health services, prescription drugs, hospital care and much more.

Do I have to pay anything for health insurance?    

How much you pay depends on how much your family earns. For some families, health insurance is free. Some families have to pay a small monthly amount, usually about $15.
