• Six finalists are selected for each scholarship.
• Scholarship recipients are chosen either by the Final Selection Panel or sponsoring organization.
• Recipients and Nominators are contacted by telephone sometime in February.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Must be female
• Must be a senior in high school or attending a college
• Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
• Must have Westchester County as their permanent address
• Must include transcript
• Must include both parent/guardian’s financial information (1040 tax forms and W2)
• Fujifilm Young Woman of Promise and MasterCard Inspiration Scholarship Applicants must meet ALL requirements
• Lanza scholarship applicants must attend Mount Vernon or Tuckahoe High School and meet ethnicity requirements
• Application must be submitted by deadline date
