Breast cancer support groups offered once, twice or four times per month, by Support Connection, Inc., a non-profit organization that provides free support services to people affected by breast and ovarian cancer. Facilitated by trained peer counselors who have experienced cancer, there are groups for young women, women in treatment, women with recurrence, and all survivors, with a focus on life after a cancer diagnosis, including topics relating to living with cancer through all stages of diagnosis, treatment and post-treatment. A support group for individuals to attend to share experiences, information and ideas with others who have been diagnosed with breast cancer. Gynecologic Networking Group
1st Tuesday of every month, 6:30 p.m. – 8 p.m.
Gilda’s Club Westchester, White Plains

Yoga for Women with Cancer
Wednesdays, 11:30 a.m. and Saturdays, 12 p.m.

Ovarian Cancer Toll-Free Telephone Support Group
2nd Wednesday of every month, 8 p.m. New York time
A Toll-Free Telephone Support Group for women with ovarian cancer; available to women regardless of where they live. The group enables women with ovarian cancer to support one another and share their concerns and experiences with other women who have the same diagnosis; after registering in advance, participants call into a toll-free number and are connected with the group via teleconference.
