Looking for a job and need computer skills? Operation Talent Bank is a 45-hour training program that includes job search skills and strategies plus introductory computer skills. This workshop sponsored by Westchester Community College in conjunction with the Westchester County Office for Women, will give you the extra help and confidence you need to get back into the workforce or transition into a new job.

Topics covered in Operation Talent Bank include:

Job Search (15 hours)

• Assessing your skills, abilities and interests
• Conducting the well-rounded job search
• Using the Internet to get a job
• Writing a cover letter and resume
• Interviewing skills and strategies
• Dressing for success
• Finding other local resources

Computer Skills (30 hours)

• Microsoft Word

• Microsoft PowerPoint
• Internet and E-mail
