To educate our community about this serious issue, we publish a booklet of events and information. The booklet includes events on any topic related to domestic violence and other issues of victimization of women: spouse or child battering and abuse, LGBTQ domestic violence issues, incest, sexual harassment, rape, legal and health issues related to family violence. It focuses on events during Domestic Violence Awareness Month (October) and lists events through December. In mid-September the booklet is distributed to Westchester County residents, libraries, women’s organizations, schools, colleges and other agencies and will be available to download from our Web site.
