Operation Talent Bank is a free service of the Office for Women. It serves to link women to job opportunities in Westchester and environs. A wide variety of employment opportunities are made available. The Office for Women has partnered with Westchester Community College to help women seeking employment. At the college, a training program is developed to prepare them for a job/career in the world of work.

Operation Talent Bank of the Office for Women is a service that assists people to connect with employment opportunities.
To keep our database up to date, we ask that anyone enrolled in the Talent Bank fill out this questionnaire if they have secured employment.
Mainstream, run by Westchester Community College, is a training program for adults over 50. They include topics such as computer training for both work and recreation, enrichment, day trips and personal growth.

This program helps displaced homemakers to enter or re-enter the paid workforce. It provides services to displaced homemakers who are divorced, widowed, separated, or whose spouses have become disabled or unemployed. View brochure for more information.
