| Fifteen years ago, County
Executive Andy Spano began exploring the implications of the
information and telecommunications revolution that was about to start.
These explorations led to the plan that eventually was to become the Westchester Telecom project.
In order to explain to the
public why this was so important, Mr. Spano (then County Clerk) prepared
this video in 1992. It was clearly a visionary and prescient statement.
