The Archives is fully accessible.  Parking is free.

Hours
We are open to the public Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 9:00 a.m.  to 4:00 p.m., except government holidays.  Please note, the Archives will be CLOSED on Tuesday, November 4 (Election Day) and Tuesday, November 11 (Veterans Day), 2008. 

If you are planning a trip to the Archives, please call first to confirm the hours.  A photo I.D. must be presented when registering to do research in the Reading Room.
  

For departmental research requests, Westchester County  employees should call for an appointment.  All efforts will be made to continue to respond to departmental research requests during the Reading Room closure.
 
Also located at our facility in Elmsford are the Lower Hudson Conference and the Westchester County Historical Society.
