assigned to license, affidavit and/or certificate by County Clerk's
office. Some indexes include year of issuance of record and the
volume number and date of the marriage record itself (Series
183).

Index Status: One group of indexes,
covering marriages from 1908-1935, has been included so far in the
marriages database up through 1930. However, there is another set
of volumes covering marriages from 1917-1926 that have only begun to be
included in this index. Therefore, if you are unable to find a listing for a party married
between 1917 and 1926 it will be necessary to request a Custom
Research Request to locate a copy of the record.
