This subject is wanted for Criminal Negligent Homicide. On September 1, 1989, the suspect was involved in a fatal automobile accident on Rt 6 in the City of Peekskill. Passenger in the vehicle was killed. Suspect was driving the car without a valid driver's licencse, speeding and blood indicated alcohol present, these being the factors for the fatal crash.
