One person's trash is another's treasure. This is where treasures in used but
usable condition -- such as household or office items, like furniture,
appliances or equipment -- can be found or given away. No fees can be charged by either party. The recipient is responsible for picking up the item. If you're looking for treasure:
If you have treasure to give away: Items will be listed for one week. If you wish to have your item removed prior to the one-week limit, contact Peter Costa by e-mail (ppc9@westchestergov.com) or call (914) 813-5427. All item(s) are subject to approval by the Dept. of Environmental Facilities and will be listed on the searchable database, usually the next business day.
