Pools and Beaches
Westchester County owns and operates five public pools and three beaches, located in Croton, Rye, New Rochelle, White Plains, Yonkers, and  Mount Vernon. In addition, the Department of Health annually inspects all outdoor swimming pools, bathing beaches, indoor swimming pools and spas to assure safe and clean water for swimming.
