Finally, volunteers have been the the heart and spirit of the Westchester County Parks system since the 1920s. Every year we rely on thousands of civic-minded individuals, organizations and groups to volunteer their time and efforts to help make the parks one of the most outstanding park systems in the country. Westchester owns and operates six beautiful 18-hole golf courses throughout the county. Special rates are available to residents with a county Park Pass, as well as to senior citizens.
