The Westchester County Office of Emergency Management, within the Department of Emergency Services, coordinates efforts to prepare for and respond to all kinds of emergencies. These include weather-related events, health emergencies and potential terrorism. 
Westchester County’s 911 system lets emergency dispatchers quickly identify the origin of a call and to dispatch help. 
Law enforcement officers throughout Westchester County are the first line of defense against terrorism. They need everyone's assistance in detecting and preventing future terrorist attacks.If you see something suspicious, let them know.
