Don’t smoke, eat right, exercise! You have probably heard it again and again because these are important aspects of being healthy. If you have ignored the advice until now, know that it is never too late to take steps towards a more healthy lifestyle. If you have abided by this advice, know that there are other things you can do to prevent illness.

Cardiovascular disease is the single leading cause of  death in New York State, claiming over 70,000 lives each year. Take steps now to prevent heart troubles later.
