A day of activities and entertainment, information and shopping for parents and kids, along with a casting call for a network television show, is in store during the “Simply Family” Fun Festival on Saturday, November 17, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., at the Westchester County Center in White Plains.
The program is part of the County Center’s “Keep It Simple” workshop series that strives to help busy families and people of all ages to simplify and streamline their busy lifestyles. It is presented by Beth Feldman, founder of Rolemommy.com, a website that is dedicated to helping mothers of all ages with parenting tips, while urging them to stay focused on their own dreams as well. She is also co-author of Peeing in Peace . . . Tales & Tips for Type A Moms.
The festival will offer a variety of entertainment for kids and families, along with a host of vendors that will offer information and resources for parents, along with products to help you get a head-start on your holiday shopping.

Admission to the festival is $10 for adults and free for children under age 14. Parking at the County Center lot is $4.
The “Simply Family” Fun Festival is sponsored by Westchester County Parks, 100.7 WHUD Radio, News 12, The Journal News/LoHud Moms.com, and Friends of Westchester County Parks, Inc.
The Westchester County Center is located at 198 Central Avenue in White Plains, at the junction of Tarrytown Road (Route 119) and the Bronx River Parkway.
