Support Services
Support Services include numerous veterans’ disability compensation and pension benefits, the travel training program, guide dog assistance and medical assistance, services, and managed care (SSI). Supplemental Security Income is a federal assistance program for the aged (65 and over), blind and disabled which is administered through local Social Security Offices. The Westchester County Travel Training Program was designed to teach people with developmental disabilities how to use the Bee-Line public transportation system.

Westchester County contracts with a number of sign language interpreters and will provide them to anyone who makes arrangements.
