Westchester’s Human Rights Law makes it illegal to discriminate against individuals based on their race, color, religion, ethnicity, creed, age, national origin, alienage or citizenship, familial situation, gender, marital status, sexual orientation, or disability. The law was expanded in 2005 to also bar discrimination in employment and housing against victims of domestic violence, sexual abuse, and stalking.
