For many years, Westchester County has played a prominent role in the film industry, especially since it is ideally situated next to New York City. The County offers over 20,000 acres of parkland, miles of Hudson River and Long Island Sound shoreline, as well as castles and restorations representing 300 years of American History, and mansions.Through its Film Office Westchester County supports filming initiatives in all our cooperating municipalities.
