mission of the Tax Commission is to ensure the equitable distribution of
the property tax throughout Westchester County.
We, our office as well as your local assessor, cannot do our best
without your assistance. We
ask that you read all property tax related documents you receive in the
mail, check this web site from time to time, assist your local assessor
whenever requested to do so, and take advantage of any property tax
exemptions for which you may be eligible.
With the help of the local assessors and you, together we will
make the property tax as fair and equitable as possible.
