Senior citizens can learn how they can save money on utility/heating, prescriptions, medicare costs, rent, property taxes, and minor home repairs in the 2008 Financial Savings & Benefits Guide.  Other publications and studies are provided to assist the caregiver, senior citizen, or any member of the household with taking care of the elderly.
