Must
be in good operating condition meeting standards designated by a state DMV.

have a valid registration sticker from an authorized state DMV.

Must
maintain liability insurance coverage of $500,000 / $1,000,000 for vehicles with a seating capacity of
more than 5
passengers but less than 20. All others must maintain New York
State minimum liability insurance.

Must
be licensed by the WCTLC.

Must
have affixed to its front right side window a current WCTLC permit decal.

Must
have a current N.Y.S. DMV inspection sticker or equivalent sticker from state where vehicle is registered.

Must
have a license plate number and vehicle identification number (V.I.N.) matching numbers printed on state
registration and WCTLC decal.

Must
be equipped with seat belts for each sitting position and shoulder belts for both front and rear outside seat positions.
