Westchester County Taxi and Limousine Commission was established to govern the licensing and regulation of
the County's taxi and
limousine industry.

The
Commission is comprised of 11 members appointed by the Westchester County Executive and Board of Legislators.

Its
purpose is to protect the safety of the residents of Westchester County and to promote the improvement of for-hire vehicle
services.

The
WCTLC has a county-wide inter-municipal policy that sets forth rules and regulations for the for-hire industry in Westchester and
sets standards for drivers, vehicles and base stations.
