If you want to know what kinds of scholarship programs the county offers or what educational assistance is available for you — we have a collection of scholarship opportunities and African American and diversity-specific programs offered through the Youth Bureau. The Jandon Scholarship program is run by the private Jandon Foundation and Westchester County. The fund provides college scholarships for low-income students that show academic promise.
This program provides computers and educational enrichment to promising students grades 7 through 11 from low-income families.
Westchester prides itself for outstanding educational facilities from pre-school to post-graduate, inlcuding technical and vocational skills development.
