The Fit-Mobile, a mobile health and fitness van, will travel throughout Westchester County this summer visiting parks, pools and beaches to help people of all ages learn how to have fun getting and keeping fit. The van provides a variety of fitness-related items such as hula hoops, jump ropes, soccer balls, Frisbees, an agility ladder and sacks for old-fashioned competitive races. The Fit-Mobile is owned and operated by the Westchester County Parks Department. It is funded by Hudson Valley Bank.

The Fit Mobile will be in attendance at the following events:

	July
26	Hispanic Heritage Festival Kensico Dam Plaza, Valhalla noon – 7 p.m.
	August
2	Indian Heritage Festival Kensico Dam Plaza, Valhalla 1 – 7 p.m.
20	Screening under the Stars Outdoor Movie: “The Dark Knight” Kensico Dam Plaza, Valhalla The van will be there from 5 p.m. on; movie at dusk.
