The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), in cooperation with the Governor’s Traffic Safety Committee in New York and the State Highway Safety Offices in New Jersey and Connecticut, is spearheading a Tri-State Speed Enforcement Initiative entitled, Obey the Signs or Pay the Fines.
