Climate Change Advisory Council
Includes representatives from county, municipalities, businesses and educational community
Following the official launch of the
Westchester Action Plan for Climate Change 2008, County Executive Spano formed the County Climate Change Advisory Council (CCAC) to oversee the implementation activities of the various sectors and keep the momentum associated with the plan's launch going.
The advisory council is made up of representatives from government, business and the educational community so that each sector can address both short-term and long-term actions specific to their area. You can view a schematic of the relationship between the advisory council and the sectors.
