The Westchester County Film Office will do your preliminary location scouting and research, make referrals to facilities and services, provide technical and governmental assistance with county, village, town and city governments, arrange for production company use of county-owned properties, and provide "up-to-the-minute" permit and insurance regulations for every municipality in the county.
Location scouts, managers and production representatives are welcome to browse through Film Office photo files of select Westchester locations.
The Film Office staff is committed to "going the extra mile" for each and every production to guarantee a successful shoot.

By Train from NYC
Take Metro North Railroad (Harlem Division) from Grand Central Station to White Plains Station. By foot, the White Plains Train Station is about a half mile (walk down Main Street for three blocks, make right turn onto Court Street and walk one block to Martine Avenue.) Or, taxi-ride to the Michaelian Office Building at 148 Martine Avenue,corner of Court Street. Visit Metro-North for train schedules or call 1-800-METRO-INFO.
By Car from NYC via the Bronx River Parkway
Take the Bronx River Parkway northbound. Get off at Exit 21, White Plains/Main Street. Make a right turn at end of exit ramp onto Main Street
and proceed 4 blocks to Court Street. Make another right turn onto Court Street; proceed one block to Martine Avenue and turn right onto Martine Avenue. The Michaelian Office Building at 148 Martine Avenue is on the left.
By Car from NYC via the Hutchinson River Parkway
Take the Hutchinson River Parkway northbound. Get off at Exit 23 north (Mamaroneck Avenue, White Plains) and make a right turn onto Mamaroneck Avenue. Continue northbound approximately 4 miles into the central business area of White Plains to Martine Avenue. Make a left turn onto Martine Avenue and proceed two blocks. The Michaelian Office Building at 148 Martine Avenue (corner of Court Street) is on the left.
By Car from New Jersey
Take the George Washington Bridge to the Henry Hudson Parkway ("northbound--upstate"). Continue driving northbound to the Saw Mill River
Parkway to the New York State Thruway (I-87) to Exit 8. Take the Cross Westchester Expressway (I-287) going eastbound to Exit 5, Tarrytown Road. Continue on Tarrytown Road, or Route 119 east, which becomes Main Street (under the railroad bridge). Continue on Main Street for more 4 blocks and make right onto Court Street. Drive one block and make a right turn onto Martine Ave. The Michaelian Office building is on the left hand side at 148 Martine Avenue, at the corner of Court Street.
