beautiful Crabtree's Kittle House in the the Town of New Castle.

Gabriel Rosenfeld, winner of the Lifetime Achievement Award and a past President of the Federation, addresses the membership. Peter Eschweiler, former Commissioner of the Westchester County Department of Planning and the first winner of the WMPF Lifetime Achievement Award chats with WMPF Board member Anthony Conetta and  guest, Gabriella Circosta.

Westchester County Planning Board members Dwight Douglas, Eileen Pilla and Marcus Griffith take their seats at the table. County Executive Andrew Spano chats with WMPF Board member Noel Shaw and Tarrytown Trustee Thomas Butler.

New Castle Supervisor Janet Wells welcomes Awards Dinner guests. Former President of WMPF Haven Roosevelt congratulates  Gabby Rosenfeld, with County Executive Spano in the middle.
Cortlandt Supervisor Linda Puglisi accepts an Achievement Award. WMPF President Blanche Alter (2004 – 2006) flanked by Mount Vernon’s President of the City Council, Steven Horton, who accepts the Achievement Award for the City.

Westchester County won an Achievement Award accepted here by Commissioner Jerry Mulligan. Marmaduke Forster House in the Village of Pleasantville received a Commendation for Adaptive Reuse.

The Village of Scarsdale Mayor Peter Strauss holds their Commendation, joined by Village Planner Elizabeth Marrinan and Recreation Director Suzanne Busby. The City of White Plains won a Commendation for their Power Plant Building Renovations.

Andrew Tung, WMPF Second Vice President, was the Master of Ceremonies.
