Peggy Derevlany from the Yorktown Zoning Board is congratulated by Andrew Tung, Second Vice President and Awards presenter. George Hosey, former member of the County Planning Board accepts his award.
John Reilly, Planning Commission member from Peekskill is flanked by WMPF President Blanche Alter and Andrew Tung. Mayor Joseph Delfino of White Plains accepts an Award along with Susan Habel, White Plains Planning Commissioner, for the City Center Downtown Rezoning and Revitalization.
 Croton-on-Hudson Mayor Richard Herbek accepts an Award for the Hudson Riverfront Road and Trail as Kay Eisenman and Andrew Tung look on. Scholarship winner John Adams thanks the Federation as Andrew Tung and Blanche Alter watch.
Carol Welch accepts a Commendation  for Kirby Plaza Park Redevelopment in Mount Kisco. Supervisors Linda Puglisi of Cortlandt, Janet Wells of  New Castle, Linda Cooper of Yorktown and Carmello Santos of Putnam Valley accept Awards for their joint project, the Croton-to-Highlands Biodiversity Plan.
