The Planning Department maintains a wide array of printed maps and aerial photographs that
are available for purchase. These materials may be obtained by phone, mail, or by
visiting the department between the hours of 9:00 and 4:00 on weekdays. The
Planning Department is located in room 432 of the Michaelian Office Building, located at
148 Martine Ave. in downtown White Plains. (Click

Historical aerial photographs for the years 2000, 1995, 1990, 1986, 1980, 1976, 1970, 1965, 1960, 1954, 1947, 1940, 1926 and 1925 are available for viewing both in original form (9' x 9" black and white contact prints) and digitally at a computer kiosk in the Planning Department.
