The County Center, run by he county's Parks Department, is the oldest and largest public assembly facility in the county. It is conveniently located in White Plains in the heart of the county at the junction of the Bronx River Parkway, Central Avenue and Tarrytown Road. The center offers ample onsite parking and is easily reached by public transportation.

The entrance, restrooms and parking lot at the Westchester County Center are all accessible to the disabled.
