to the Golf Westchester Automated Tee Time Reservation System.
The Automated Tee Time Reservation System provides a quick
and easy way to reserve, review, modify or cancel a tee time at
the county's five golf courses, 24 hours a day, seven days a
week.
Golfers with a valid Westchester County Park
Pass can access the system by using the Personal Identification
Number (PIN), which appears on the front of the Pass.
(Golfers who have Senior I.D. cards issued prior to 1993 must
pre-register at one of the county golf courses before using the
system.) Westchester County Park Passes are available to
residents only. 
Non-county residents cannot pre-register in
the system; however, they can access the system by using their
Social Security number, and a Visa or MasterCard.
How Do I Gain Access to the System?
You must use a push-button phone with a touchtone signal and
have your PIN number ready (Social Security number for
non-residents). If you do not have a push-button
telephone with a touchtone signal, you can purchase a touch-tone
adapter. Golfers
who do not have a touch-tone telephone or have difficulty making
a reservation can receive assistance by calling the Golf
Helpline, Mondays through Fridays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., at
(914) 864-7050.
Using a touch-tone phone, dial (914) 995-GOLF
(4653). You will be guided through the system by a series
of verbal prompts. Once a prompt has begun you may
respond. Do not rush through the reservation procedure.
How Do I Make a Tee Time Reservation?
Press 1 in response to the opening prompt. Then, in
response to the subsequent prompts and instructions, use the
push-buttons on your telephone to:

Enter the personal identification number
(PIN) located on the front of your Park Pass, beneath the
bar code. Persons without a Westchester County Park
Pass will be asked to enter their Social Security number.

To choose a specific course, press 1.
Or, to choose the closest available time to your preferred
tee time at any other five courses, press 2. If you
choose this second option, proceed to prompt 4.

Enter the course of your choice: 1 for
Dunwoodie, 2 for Maple Moor, 3 for Mohansic, 4 for Saxon
Woods, or 5 for Sprain Lake

Enter the day of the week you wish to
play: 1 for Sunday, 2 for Monday, 3 for Tuesday, 4 for
Wednesday, 5 for Thursday, 6 for Friday and 7 for Saturday.

Enter the time of day you wish to play.
Enter four digits representing the hour and minutes.
(For example, for
9 a.m., enter 0900; for 1:30 pm enter 0130.)

Enter the number of golfers for whom you
are requesting a tee time: 1, 2, 3 or 4. (Note: single
golfers will be automatically matched with previously
reserved twosomes or threesomes.)

The service will recite the earliest tee
time available based upon you request. To accept this
time, press 1. If this time is not convenient, press
2. You will be able to select an alternate day of
play, party size, time, and/or course by following the
prompts. Keep in mind that the service will search
back 30 minutes from your requested tee time and ahead for
the entire day. I will give you the earliest time
available, based on your course request and selected party
size.

The service will confirm your reservation
and explain that you must report to the golf course at least
30 minutes prior to your tee off time. Failure to
appear at least 10 minutes prior to tee time may result in
loss of reservation.
The system will accept only one reservation
per golfer per day for up to four people.
When Can I Make a Telephone Reservation?
You can dial the reservation system any time, seven days a
week, 24 hours a day. Telephone reservations for County
Park Pass holders are accepted up to seven days in advance,
starting at 7 p.m. Non-Park Pass holders may access the system
up to four days prior to play. You cannot make a tee reservation
on the same day you want to play.
Can I Make a Reservation in Person?
Golfers with a County Park Pass can make reservation in person,
up to one week in advance for tee times between opening and 8
a.m. on weekends and holidays, and between opening and 9 a.m. on
weekdays. (Times vary throughout the season.) Tee times
for these hours will not be accepted by the telephone system.
How Do I Confirm, Modify, or Cancel a
Reservation?
You may confirm Modify, or cancel your tee time reservation by
calling (914) 995-GOLF and follow the verbal prompts.
Reservations must be honored or cancelled. golfers who
wish to cancel or modify their reservation must be made 36 hours
before the day of play. Golfers who cancel after this
time, or do not arrive at least 10 minutes prior to their
reserved tee time, may be considered "no shows" and penalties
may be imposed.
Important Information
If you have been issued a PIN number, do not enter
credit card information at any time. Credit card payments
are required of non-Park Pass holders only.
The verbal prompts will be repeated once if
you do not respond or if you enter a number which the system
cannot process.
If you need to cancel or modify your
reservation, call the Reservation System as far in advance as
possible. This courtesy will allow another golfer to make
use of that tee time.
The golfer who made the reservation must be
present when the golf party checks in at the golf course.
All members of the party must check in together. Park
Passes must be presented at that time by county residents.
The availability of tee time reservations may
be limited by special events, inclement weather, course hours or
any additional reasons deemed necessary by the course
management.
Any person found intentionally misusing the
reservation system will be banned from golfing privileges at any
of the five county golf course.

You can learn more about the county courses, including fees,
phone number and directions by pressing 4 when asked to do so.
If your card is lost or stolen, please
report it
immediately by calling the Parks Department Administrative
Office at (914) 864-7050. Lost passes will be replaced at
the full fee.
