2008 Registration Information

All paper and on-line applications will be processed in the order they are received beginning January 31, 2008. All applications and forms must be filled out completely, including immunization dates.

Registration Checklist

If you are using mail-in registration, please be sure to:

• Fill out the registration form completely.
- Medical information must be complete.
- Immunization dates must be filled in or a copy of current
dates included.
- Parent authorization must be signed.
- Correct location and dates marked clearly.
• Enclose accurate payment

If you are registering online, please be sure to:
• Complete the medical form with current immunization dates and
send it in to our mailing address before the first day of camp!
• Important note – to avoid delays, please visit the website prior to
registration date to read registration directions and obtain a user
name and password if you don’t already have one.

On-line registration begins Thursday, January 31 at noon.
TUITION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
