One child per application. Copy application for additional children as needed. Registration will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis and space is limited. Completed applications must be returned with the program fee and mailed to: MUSIC CENTER REGISTRATION, Westchester County PRC, 25 Moore Avenue, Mount Kisco, NY 10549. The fee is non-refundable.

A Parent/Student Handbook will be mailed to registrants prior to the beginning of the program. Except for piano, instrument rental is the student's responsibility. Rental instruments are available at most local music stores. Students are responsible for obtaining the required texts. All students will be supplied with a Westchester Summer Music Center tee shirt, which should be worn at all performances. On Saturday, June 14, all pre-registered students and their parents are invited to the Westchester County Center to meet the staff and prepare their individualized schedules. Those who are not able to attend will receive a schedule prepared for them based on the information supplied on the application. Transportation to and from camp is the responsibility of parents and guardians. Carpooling lists are available upon request.
