TERMS OF ENROLLMENT

1. There will be NO PRO-RATING EXCEPT WHEN JOINING A SESSION ALREADY IN PROGRESS. There are NO REFUNDS for missed classes, unless a doctor’s note is provided.

2. Cancellation of an entire session due to serious illness or injury must be accompanied by a signed doctor’s note to obtain a pro-rated refund.

3. Playland reserves the right to limit class size and to cancel classes dueto lack of enrollment. All efforts will be made to obtain space inanother suitable class.

4. Playland reserves the right to substitute qualified instructors.

5. Playland is NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ADMISSION TICKETS. If your admission tickets are lost, stolen, or left at home, you will be charged the appropriate session prices.

6. Failure to comply with skating rules, safety rules, or misconduct may result in the revoking of the remaining session’s classes at a prorated refund.
