About Ward Pound Ridge Reservation
Well-known for its rolling fields, deep woodlands and meandering Cross River, the more -than 4,000-acre Ward Pound Ridge Reservation has been the source of inspiration for many artists since it was purchased by Westchester County in 1924.  For many years artists from all over the local area have been depicting its varied topography and wildlife in all seasons.
