Eligibility
Applicants must be 16 years or older. Hiring preference will be given to Westchester County Residents.  Current American Red Cross lifeguarding certification or equivalent required.  Waterfront certifications required for beaches. Current American Red Cross CPR (professional rescuer) certification, or equivalent and first aid certification required.

Must pass the Westchester County Parks practical & written skills test.

  Must be able to work at varied locations:
Croton Point Park, Croton on Hudson
Glen Island Park, New Rochelle
Playland Park, Rye
Saxon Woods Park ,White Plains
Sprain Ridge Park, Yonkers
Tibbetts Brook Park, Yonkers
Willson's Woods Park, Mt. Vernon.

  Compensation
Salary begins at $10.61/hr. In service training program.  Full and Part-Time schedules available.
